Embarkation

Embark was the smoothest we have ever had. From front door to ship in 20 minutes. Arrived at 10:50 am. Shuttle from Radisson Hotel was perfect.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Had refreshment package. Worked great for 2 teens and us. Internet package also worked perfect. The only food that was not not excellent was Johnny Rockets. Ate at Chop's, Giovanni's, Izumi habatchi, Buffet, and promenade cafe. MDR was good to. Ate there 2 nights.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Pools were crowded but enjoyable. Mini golf was just okay, but the view was outstanding.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Cats was to long, left at intermission. Dreams was great, Ron the headliner ventriloquist was the show of the week. He was EXCELLENT. So funny. Clean family fun.

Service and Staff

William 14576 and Imada 14574. Both were so nice and helpful. Could not ask for anymore. Anastasiia in guest relations was so helpful twice.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
6,200 people on the ship but you could not tell it. I read reviews before we left that said this, and I said, impossible. I was wrong. The whole week was so relaxing onboard.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Clean, spacious, and bathroom was big enough for me, 6'2" 330 lbs. Had not trouble at all in shower or anywhere else.

Ship tip

Schedule your shows before you go. Also schedule your restaurants.

Disembarkation

8:15am walked off the ship, to customs, and to our bags. Shuttle back to our car at Radisson Hotel at 8:50 am. Never stopped but to let the customs guy ask us the few questions.
