Review summary

room was falling apart , Refrig. didn't work , dresser drawer broken , toilet didn't work had to fix it 4 times, room very dirty , room steward said Royal now only changes sheets every other day not everyday any more. Crowd control is tatally our of control all over ship. Staff cut so short they are not friendly at all , only doing there job and as little as poooible

Fake post, was on this ship last November and never felt crowded. Going again in October because w loved everything about Oasis!

I so don't believe that, I was on Oasis in December, Best cruise I have been on.the staff was awesome, no complaint.ship was beautiful.Sorry your cruise was disappointing

Look at their cruise history..... there is none..... so could this be a fake review ð¤ð¤. Competitors are bashing RCCL because they are bringing in people and have great ships and service. There are some issues here and there, but they will do all that they can do to correct the problems.

Wow, sorry you had that experience. We have Done many cruises on Royal, Oasis once, and never had a bad experience. I hope it wasn't your only cruise experience and I hope you give them another chance.

We where just in the Oasis in February and the workers where friendly, our room was always clean to the point they would fix our clothes at time when we would leave it in the couch. We had one issue and our stateroom attend was in it to fix it. Some people really need to get a life and should be an from this app.

why do you need new sheets daily? I don't think the finest hotels do that....it's not needed and it's part of all this earth love stuff
