Review summary

Cruise was fine. Cruise, com told us we'd have a $250 on-board credit. Didn't happen. Last year we were supposed to get a credit card credit after the cruise. Didn't happen. Won't be using them again.

We also use Costco - $700+ cash card after cruise is our bonus!

We use Costco. Always a good experience

I have booked twice through cheapcruises.com and both times got great deals with perks through them and also through royal Caribbean. Great experience and anytime you use these sites to get your credit they offer you have to physically go to their site and approve the credit, they just don't give it to you and if you can't figure it out just call them they're very helpful...

Why only 2 stars? Did something happen?

we book on board rc and always get extra on board credit. then we turn the booked cruise over to our travel agent. he gets us additional on board credit and sometimes speciality dining for free. lots of perks w travel agent at no cost

So how does your experience with that company equate to a bad review of the Oasis?

Book your own cruises on RC's website.

oh and usually the terminology they usually use is "up to $250 credit"
