Review summary

overall pretty good. Weather was so so and seas were rough the first few days. Surprised that s ship this size had do much of an issue.

Service especially in the dining rooom was exceptional. Specialty restaurants were well worth the upcharge. Choice and preparation of food in main dining was extremely good.

Cons were the constant selling of goods and services, ridiculous cost of drinks and the fact that you had to pay for sodas unless you bought a drink pkg which did not pay if you had one or two sodas daily or a couple of cocktails.

Ship was impressive but could have used a little more room around the pool areas. Having to book shows in advance is an issue. Never had to do do on previous cruises. On the other hand entertainment was wonderful.

An indoor golf set up would be great . Mini golf does not cut it.

Cabin / Stateroom

Comgortable and very clean. Housekeeping exceptional. Shower could have been a little larger. Wonder how larger people handled it?

Ship tip

Bring your own wine. Two bottles per stateroom allowed. Book your shows early. Make sure you get your s pass swiped when you return your towels. Finally no Irons, hairdryers and no power strips. They will confiscate them.

sounds like a learning experience. we all find out things as we go. reading and asking questions ahead of time helps some too. sounds like a decent cruise though. glad you enjoyed it.
