Review summary

The ship itself was outstanding. Entertainment was at the Royal Caribbean level, which is to say top class! Lots to do, the Central Park neighborhood was beautiful, great décor and very well kept up. We made 3 stops, all of which were easy to get access on/off the ship. Excursions were easy to find. Plenty of food options all over the ship - if you go hungry, you aren't trying very hard. Dinner reservations were always on time, never waited, and food was good. If you forgot to make a reservation in the main dining room and did not want to wait for a table, there are still plenty of other immediate dining options available as well.

The only drawback was the crowds. If you wanted to lay by the pool, good luck getting a seat after 9 am. Signs are posted saying unattended seats will have items/towels removed after 30 mins of non-use in order to free up spots for those who actually want to be by the pool...this never happened. Seats would have towels laying on them for hours with no sign of use, people will claim lounges in the morning and never be around to use them.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Activities were great - although there are never places to sit on the pool deck with so many guests on board.

Entertainment

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
The service was great as always, however the only reason for the average rating is with a ship this size, you don't get the personal relationships you may with frequently seen crew members as you would on other/smaller RC ships.

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was very clean and comfortable, balcony overlooking the park was a great addition!

Ship tip

If you are going to have a day at the pool, go early or forget about it. If you don't have a place reserved by 8am, its not going to happen. Also, signs are posted that unattended lounges will have towels removed for guests looking for seats - this never happens.
