Review summary

The boat and staff were wonderful. It was a little weird being on a boat and feeling like youre on land.

I am 25 and my wife is 23 and there werent many people our age. And I dont think any of them paid to be there.

The shows were fantastic and the food was even better.

The excursions were very touristy, but what can you expect from cruise destinations?

All in all it was a wonderful experience, though personally, next vacation will probably be an all inclusive resort with snorkeling :)

The cabin was spacious and it has free room service!

Ship tip

This boat is huge and is a lot of fun to explore. Try to connect with staff, they are hard working and have lots of good stories.

This whole island is a tourist trap, it was very disheartening to see Mayan temples surrounding by pushy shops.

Falmouth, Jamaica

Liberty Tours was amazing, well priced and the blue hole was one of my favorite experiences of the trip

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

You have to find the set of stairs leading up to the big "dragon" rock. Once you get up there the waves make the rock sound like a dragon and the view is breathtaking!

Thanks for your review. My BF and I will be on the ship in September and are excited. Been on the Allure. We are 33 (almost) and 35... We will have the same itinerary...I'm going to be on the look out for the "dragon rock"

I am loyal to Royal ! A better class of people. They are gearing towards families. Sailed on Carnival, did not care for the amostphere . But I did have a nice time. If you try Carnival, I would advise a 7 day sailing, the shorter days attract the " riff raff " .

My family and I have been cruising Royal and no other. We began as very young and some are now growing up on Royal cruises. I wouldn't change ships for the age groups! Less service on carnival I have heard.

Your right , not many young adults on Royal . Not sure why ? Look into Carnival. It's more of a younger , party crowd
