Review summary

We were impressed by the beautiful ship, but thought the services fell short. We bought the soda package and noticed that the bartenders would go to others without the cup first. We are also used to lots of fun things going on by the pool (on other cruise lines), but that wasn't the case here. The ship was so big that it was easy to get lost... We would have liked to have seen the cruise director out and about more. The dining room had good food, but the buffet was sub par at best.

the dining room was good but the market place and windjammer were not. Steak house was good, but we got stuck at the worst table in the house even though we had made reservations a couple months prior to sailing.

My granddaughter stayed past 10:00 one night because she wanted to stay with her new friends, we paid $24.00 for her to sit and watch a movie

for the most part, the staff seemed indifferent. We did however really enjoy watching Hugo on ch. 14, he was a blast... we also thought the gal ( I wish I knew her name) in Tiffanys, she was wonderful
