Review summary

Staff is unbelievably friendly. Our stateroom attendent David on deck 7 did a great job and we enjoyed seeing and talking to him everyday. We had my time dining. For dinner we specifically remember Edderic and Virgilio (846), Amar and Bojan (832), and Roel (852). They were all so friendly, polite and made us feel like celebrities. For lunch at sea we would go to the dining room on deck 3 and we were served by a woman named Iris who was also a delight. We were concerned that since there were tons of people on the ship we would feel crowded but that was not the case. Its amazing how the staff accomadates that many people. Food was great entertainment was great staff was great never a boring moment could not ask for more. 10 out of 10!

We feel made a mistake when we upgraded our rooms. We noticed the price of the cruise went down 400 a couple weeks before so we called and they said they would upgrade our room to a balcony however when we got there we simply had a room with a port hole looking out to the deck. billed us an additional 130 for basically the same room with a port hole and we called after the cruise and they did not refund our money we were mislead and you handled it wrong so we looked to other booking agencies in the future.

Ship tip
