The balcony room is worth the extra money. There is plenty of space and the views are nice.

Best Cruise We've Ever Been On! by gigiwhite

Our mouth dropped when we entered our cabin! We have NEVER stayed in a cabin so large. It was a handicapped, ocean side balcony. We've had handicapped cabins before on other cruise lines, but NEVER one quite like this one. My mother could even roll her motorized chair out onto the balcony as well as into the bathroom! She could park her chair in the room and no one ever had to walk around it. The room was very spacious, to say the least!!
