Review summary

I'm a cruise specialist and travel advisor for World Travel Holdings and was thrilled to take part in this phenomenal opportunity! The Viva is a Diva for sure and is much like her sister the "Prima"! She’s. designed brilliantly with all the modern day amenities and ambiance you could ever desire! I took part in the re-positioning cruise this past December and saw her to her home port in San Juan Puerto Rico! I took my aunt and had a FABULOUS time. Our expectations were exceeded as always with NCL! The ship is gorgeous and the service was amazing! NCL provides a wonderful value! NCL consistently delivers an amazing dining experience with several choices for all! For those who love steak or sea food, I recommend Cagney's specialty dining! The filet was "melt in your mouth amazing"!

Onboard Activities

Try the drop! Check out the escape rooms for fun! The race track on top of the ship or the virtual galaxy room! There is no end to fun activities rain or shine! Tip for adults... Contact your travel agent to obtain the coveted "Vibe Beach Club Pass" to the adult only area with private bar and cabanas!

Entertainment was above average for vocal and dance performers. The comedians were fabulous and we had a wonderful time!

There's a ton of things to do for all ages from babies to teenagers and the day camp options are wonderful!

Work of art! The Viva is very similar to her sister the Prima! Take in all this gorgeous ship has to offer and the little nooks and crannies hidden on-board!

Our cabin was extremely clean, spacious and offered plenty of storage space for all of our belongings.

study the layout of the ship before you get on the ship and get familiar with where things are located.

We spent the day in Miami, took a tour of the city and a ferry boat ride. We had the best time!

We loved visiting Old San Juan, PR! We visited the annual art festival and had a fabulous time listening to the live concert and visiting the vendors tables and works of art. We also took part in swimming with the sea turtles. I highly recommend the company called "Try Scuba"!
