We booke this 5 night cruise to have some all inclusive option for our vacation. It was a good choice for us asa couple but I would likely choose a different ship if I had young children. The illusionsit was amazing. The balcony cabin was clean and comfortable
Embarkation

sloww due to new restrictions from Coronavirus. Each passenger passport had to be looked at to verify they had not been in China. Safety is important but slow to embark
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Specialty restaurants are worth the upgrade but they are busy and may not have enough staff. The main dining room staff were impersonal and service rushed. Food in the dining room was average. The buffets were good. Would have preferred more crepes.

Entertainment

Singer vocals were hard to hear with music.
Illusionist was the best entertainment
Comedican was OK. Too much empty space in the presentation
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
Ability to understand English is weak for many staff.
Room steward di not come to introduce himself but there was a card with his name. Good room service. He repected our privacy
Waiters in dining rooms appear overworked and tired. Unable to connect with them to make it more personable - maybe an English barrier in addition to high turnover demands for so many people.
Quick clean up/cleanliness in the buffet area
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
I really like the combination of chairs and tables mixed with lounge chairs by the pools. Not everyone can sit on a lounge chair.
Loved the outdoor dining at the back of deck 11. Being outside with a covered table option was appreciated as I cannot do a lot of sun. Quick clean up in the buffet/pool area.
We like the colors of blue decorations. Glass elevators are small. Getting form one area to the next can be confusing.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was comfortable and clean. Comfortable beds but hard to keep the shhets on if you turn a lot. Nicely decorated. The couch was comforttable to sit on. The balcony is small but manageable. Good location to the activities and food on deck 11. Away from the main hallway noise
Ship tip
Out door dining in the back of the ship is lovely. Not a lot of deck space for children- no splash pad
Very busy. Too much timeshare presuure everywhere. Too much pressure to look at store murchandise. I heard good things about beaches but I cannot do the sun
