Review summary
We booked this cruise last minute to celebrate my husbands birthday. We had to fit it between chemo treatments. I loved the time we were able to spend as a family on board. Food was excellent. The service was ok. I only say that because one person would give excellent service only to have someone else be mediocre. For example, we went to dinner one night and I cannot have certain drinks due to my diagnosis and cannot eat nuts. I asked our waiter if I could have some juice and he told me “juice is for breakfast, have some soda or wine.” I tried telling him I couldn’t drink those but ended up giving up because I didn’t want to argue. I then asked for bread with no nuts and he said “why?”. That was just on experience.Embarkation

Ship tip
Not my first cruise, but first with Norwegian. This trip was ok, I would recommend it to a friend and try it myself again one more time.
