Review summary

I would not recommend this particular ship if you prefer larger cruise boats, but if you are a first timer you will definitely enjoy.

Norwegian’s Port was very easy to get through and quite fast an efficient to be cruise ready with cabin card in hand.

Food and Dining

All though being able to sip at sea was AWESOME.. the food wasn’t that great. By the 2nd day I realized it was able the same food unless you went to the dining rooms or specialty restaurants. After a day or two you really want to just eat at the specialty restaurants.. although no one wants to spend the extra money daily.

Onboard Activities

Not many things to choose from on deck, but the deck was small. I did enjoy the singing entertainment, they were very good even at the lounge.

My room attendant was not very good. We literally saw him on the first day because we had one bed and requested 2 beds... and we saw him again on the last day where he kept knocking on our door every 20 mins to put something in the room to stock for the next guests.. how rude. We haven’t exited nor got that much attention the whole cruise. Some of the wait staff in the dining room was amazing others were meh...

Thanks for your review! I'm going on the Sun in February. It's their first cruise and I want them to have a great time. Sounds like I'll be a little disappointed but they won't. Good to hear.
