Review summary

The biggest deal was no Cuba. Although this was not NCLs fault they could have chosen better ports. Nassau and Freeport are not destinations I would choose. We only went because of the refund and the 50% off future cruise. This was not the case only 50% of this cruise applied to a future cruise. I went expecting basically buy one get one free. So with port charges and gratuities I would have saved another $350 if I had stayed home.

We arrived to find the beds arranged as twins. I called for a steward to fix these to a queen. No one arrive so I pushed the beds together myself. Day 2 the beds were made strangely with a top sheet that looked like a giant pillow case. We called for another sheet so we would both have something to cover with. The third day we spoke to cabin steward who made the bed correctly.

HAVANA, CUBA Did not visit port

Highly disappointed. I know this was not NCLs fault. We were promised a 50% off our next cruise. That was the only reason we went instead of a full refund. This was not the case. We had plans for a next cruise we expected to be buy one get one.
