Review summary
!My room was dirty!!! The pillowcase had yellow hard substances on it. There was also a sewage smell that lingered in the room. Dust was everywhere causing me to have an allergic reaction and asthma attack on the first night. I asked to upgrade my room or be switched but they said there were no more rooms...so we toughed it out for the first night. We also requested room service to come clean it up but nobody ever came so I found someone in the hallway that did change my pillowcase. The next day...same smell..no help. Third night smell was Unbearable!!! My husband became sick and nauseous..causing him to vomit repeatedly that day! We didn't get to make it to dinner so we ordered room service for which the food was cold upon arriving. We also stated that it was our anniversary and they said they would send a cake...but we never saw that our whole trip! My biggest complaint is that nasty odor coming from the vents due to a busted sewege pipe. They refused to switch my room along with several guests! This was not good for my health nor my husbands! We were forced to sleep in an unsanitary room!!!Embarkation
