Review summary

Captain was EXCELLENT! For this size ship and the conditions of the seas he did an amazing job with keeping us from rocking all over..the ship was very still ...kuddos to him, HOWEVER NCL Sun does not have friendly staff, they are rude and unpleasant..the room service was VERY disappointing. Would I go on NCL again, YES, but not the NCL Sun....

Room service was AWFUL! Never got the coffee we ordered, staff is not good with English at all..staff was not smiling and go out of there way for you, the best smile we got was from the people with the hand sanitizer at the lido ...customer service was just terrible in all areas of the ship, not friendly
