mediocre food, bad view from our room(lifeboats) in spite of paying more, beef tasted cheap, WAY overpriced wine! We get the same brand at home for $9.00 (they charged $30.00 per bottle). Why in the world do they choose Fox TV instead of CNN? Boring movies.

The kids club was fantastic and kept our kids begging to go back!! Therefore, there was alot of free time for the adults to enjoy at their leisure!

The NYC to Bermuda trip is a wonderful getaway, the vacation starts the minute you board. We've done this trip on the Dawn and the Gem. The Star is a fine ship, great music, food and entertainment. Would highly recommend, however, it is about time for an upgrade. The public rooms are looking a little tires but were kept clean.

Wonderful cruise on Norwegian Star loved it so much we booked It again ! If you've never been to Bermuda, go its beautiful !

The crew were more concerned with selling booe than keeping people personal water bottles off the ice and water machines. No staff told the kids the jacuzzi is not a small pool. no kidfs under 16 allowed w/o supervision taking away one of the adult amenities i looked forward to and could not enjoy.

Great time. Great onboard activities and shore excursions. Loved Bermuda. Time on board was great as well. Plenty to do. Great quality of shows on board. Never a dull moment.

The shows were cool and the restaurant's had good food but we had to pay extra for the better food.We could eat when ever we wanted that was great.But i cannot believe that you had to buy soda and anything that you would think that wasn't water of orange juice.The room service was great and the rooms were cleaned all the time when ever we left the room.

Bermuda is an excellent destinations. The beaches are incredible and the people are great.

The entire crew was wonderful,always a smile on their face and very helpful.

The Star is a wonderful ship: great food, lots of space, and a very engaging and professional staff. The only flaws were some of the onboard activities. I didn't attend many, but the ones I did were hopelessly understaffed for the size of the crowd that wanted to participate. They clearly have the personnel, so I am baffled as to why only one person was designated to teach 100 people how to salsa, or moderate a sports contest with 100+ teens.

The cruise, overall, was a very good experience. Most staff were above average, food was plentiful and choices were good. Very relaxing and laid back atmosphere. Shows were very entertaining. ...Stewards could have been a little more attentive to their job.

I was impressed by the caribbean band - XCite. I had the time of my life, wonderful people - staffs, and great networking.I surely will go back again.. Thanks for making this vacation awesome.

We were very pleased with the ship. Our stateroom could have been dusted better.

This was our first Norwegian cruise. The ship was well maintained, very clean and nicely decorated. The rooms were a little small but had sufficient closet/storage space. Our room attendant was amazing. The buffets had various types of tasty food but I felt there should have been more seafood dishes included in all the restaurants. The wait staff was very efficient. The head chef visited every table at dinner to ask if there was anything needed. The entertainment staff/shows were wonderful. The pool area was small and there were definitely not enough lounge chairs. Overall I would rate this cruise as excellent. Getting to spend 3 days in beautiful Bermuda was amazing.

This was my 4th cruise and by far it was the least enjoyable. seemed most ships company went out of their way to avoid you. They set up rules for example, on not reserving deck chairs and yet they refused to enforce them. One person had even claimed 16 chairs from 6am with no one in them until well after 1pm. Unorganization and long waits caused us to get a refund of our onboard purchases.

i wanted to book a new cruise wit ncl but deciede not to after this experience

We sailed on Norwegian Star and we had a wonderful vacation. The crew is amazing and very helpful. Food was great and entertainment was very various.
