Wasn’t a warm experience. Was asked to select a check in time but then it wasn’t followed. Sloppy waiting area, unclean restrooms. Stacks of chairs in the middle of everything. Really a poor first impression.

The ship was worn and it showed. Not a lot of main seating areas for days where the weather was cold windy rainy. Scuffs in the walls. Dated furniture.

Cabin / Stateroom

The furniture needs to rearranged or replaced to allow for more movement. I don’t know who uses a desk anymore these days. Foldable furniture would allow for passenger more space if desired. Pictures on wall were dated. Scuff of walls. Room was clean but didn’t feel clean - table tops, phone didn’t feel wiped down. Drawers were dirty.
