Review summary
Company has serious issue with refusing to refund port taxes for cancelled port visits. Every staff member says they should be refunded. Appeals to HQ ignored or denied. Company increased mandatory gratuities, yet staff do not receive them. Many had pay cut and work load increased. Pay substantial additional fee for butler and concierge service which they don’t receive. Medical staff was excellent. Fees, especially for tests are outrageous.Embarkation
