Great cruise till the end when our back to back was cancelled. The least Norwegian could have done would have been to give us a free ride to the airport in Santiago but the charged us $65 a person for that. Luckedly we were able to book American Airlines back to Kansas City for that day but we paid a high price for it and had to pay from Orlando too for a flight we wont take as we cant get a refund.

Visited all Specialty restaurants at least once. Food was very good. Teppenyaki was entertaining. Visited Versailles main dining room 7 times. Food was good especially the appetisers. Buffet and O'Sheehans was OK for breakfasts and lunches.

Production cast was excellent. Elvy Rose and the card magician were superior. Beatles band group not as good as we have seen on other ships.

Just right for us. Cabin steward Mohammed was excellent.
Beautiful tour of Tierro Del Fuego national park. But the highlight of the vacation was the catermeran ride up the Beagle Channel. Beautiful views of wildlife and the end of the world lighthouse. Spectacular!!!
Did not do a ship excursion. Bought a tour from a young couple outside the gate for $25 apiece. The took us everywhere and were very informative. Viviana and Jose were a lot of fun.
Our back to back cruise was cancelled due to COVID19. There was very little info given to us by Norwegian. No announcements were made on the ship that the 2nd half of our voyage was cancelled. My wife overheard someone at the elevators that their travel agent had emailed them the information. We did not get a letter from the ship till 6pm the day before we got off. Norwegian definitely could have helped us more. The only thin they did was to give us 60 minutes of internet
