Poorly prepared food\, often cold. Poorly trained wait staff especially in the specialty dining rooms. Fish dishes tasted \"off' and were always overcooked. French onion soup was thin with little flavor and no cheese. Breakfast hot foods were usually cold. Over all this was a minus 10 culinary experience.
