Review summary

All in all a nice break and good value overall despite the weather. It was January! Some disappointments, but more positives than negatives.

Ship tip

Book the Shogun Asian restaurant well in advance as there was never less than a 40min wait if just showing up. Very god though and really good service.

Ports of call

Casablanca, Morocco

The Casablanca visit was cancelled and replaced with Tangier which we loved despite it being cold! I rode a camel (technically a dromedary) which was cool and we took a guided tour around the Kasbah which was fascinating. Other passengers mentioned feeling a little vulnerable in the centre, but we had no such concerns. We met some lovely locals who were very pleased to see us tourist.
