Review summary

The ship is old. Our cabin shower needed to be completely re-tiled, we had constant problems with the toilet. After so many problems, we were sent 5 chocolate covered strawberries.

The ship needs to place more lounge chairs on deck 7. Some of us can't take the sun and the noise, but would like to on the outside to read and enjoy the sound of the waves.

The food was excellent. The service was excellent.

We will use another travel agent for our next cruise. This is the second time we book with you. With both cruises, our dinner reservations were not registered. We had the same problem both cruises.

The ship was as clean as an old ship can be.

The cabin needs to be renovated. The tiles on the shower wall need to be replaced. No matter how well they were scrubbed, the mold could not be removed from the corners. First the toilet flushed continuously, no water was held in the toilet, therefore the smell was not too fresh. When that was corrected, the toilet fill to the rim with water and wouldn't flush, so we couldn't use it. It was corrected after phone calls were made. We did not have a safe in the room until day 3.

The 5 chocolate covered cherries is standard in every room, upon boarding .I can't picture Ncl having a room or shower like what you say. This is an 18 year old ship ,the Maintenace is kept up very good from what I see.
