Review summary

Very unsatisfactory cruise. Never offered shrimp cocktail, lobster, captain's party without having to pay. We were all disappointed as it was the first cruise for three members of our party. Had to wait over 2 hours for a meal to come to our table. Upon leaving the ship, no wheel chair was provided even though it we asked and was told they were busy. Will never go on another Norwegian cruise.

I was on the Spirit for a 12 day Med. cruise in May 2015 and our group of 4 couples thought it was great. The ports of call in Spain, France, Italy, Turkey and Greece were wonderful. The staff could not have been more friendly & helpful. The NCL rep. with whom we booked was tremendously helpful pre-cruise. I was pretty well informed before we even left. Sorry your experience was not good.

I have been on older ships of RCI, Celebrity and Carnival and had great service and food. Out of all the major lines I rate NCL at the bottom of the list.

that's an older ship never go on any older ships of any cruise line. All the older ones I hear horror stories lol
