Review summary

We enjoyed our cruise, but were disappointed with the overall service as compared to cruise lines we have used in the past. We did not enjoy the free style dining experience as much as we thought we would and wished for a little bit more formality in the attire worn to the dining room in the evening.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The service was a little slow most nights. It seemed that due to the volume of people that the wait staff were overworked most nights, which caused delays in getting our food. One night we sat the dining room for dinner for almost two hours.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the shows. We enjoyed the magician, the acrobats, and the comedy team (Second City). The show on the final night was excellent and very well produced.

Service and Staff

Stateroom attendant was VERY good.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our inside stateroom was pretty spacious, however due to the layout of the ship, our room was not easily accessible. You had to go up a floor and walk across the ship and then come down to get to our room.

Ports of call

King's Wharf, Bermuda

5 out of 5
Very convenient. The bus service to the beaches was excellent.

Pros: Visiting Bermuda

Cons: The constant solicitation for spending extra money on drinks, etc.
