Excellent cruise!!

Sail Date: July 23, 2010

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Oceanview

Ship was excellent. We were on this ship last year to Bermuda and it just gets better! Sorry to see it leaving Boston for next year's cruises to Bermuda.

Pros: The golf at sea program (David Zeisse), food was excellent

Cons: where are the Andes mints at night on the pillows?

Recommends Norwegian Spirit? Yes!

Cabin / Stateroom
Showering facilities were better than adequate.
Service and Staff
Our room stewards seemed unhappy--not too talkative. Otherwise, ship's staff was professional and went out of their way to make an enjoyable time for our large group. Specific kudos for David Zeiss, Mericel Sarabia and the wait person in Henry's pub (didn't get his name).
Ship Quality
Very user friendly, rooms on ship were clean and colorful.
Food and Dining
Food was superb wherever we ate. We did many of the specialty restaurants as well as Raffles and Windows.
Paul Scally was an excellent Cruise Director. Events were well planned and fun, i.e., the pub crawl and the Elements show.
King's Wharf, Bermuda
glassworks and clay pottery locations were interesting attractions.
Don't Miss: glass blowing.
