For the price it was not what I was looking for.

Very nice ship which I really recommend! Had a great time on it and would go again straight away!

Very well maintained, classy and relaxed atmosphere.

The ship was nice and clean and the meals were good.

the overall cleanliness of the ship was not what we had experienced with other cruise lines. seems that the staff was not trained in customer service. when walking, service staff would cut in front of you and not give you right of way.

One of our best cruise experiences ever!

It was my first time traveling with NCL and maybe my last one, if you don't solve my problem that I've sent by email. You didn't cancel my trip as I had asked due to the weather conditions and you canceled the trip to the private Island. Don't I have the same privilege than you? Furthermore, you cancel the trip and let the swimming pool in maintenance?!?! It's very incomprehensible. Moreover, nobody told me about the fees that I had to pay everyday. Again, NCL is not transparent and clear and did a bad job.

We had a balcony room and it was smaller than expected. The ship was clean and attractive. Because of the hurricane, we missed stopping at our last port but I commend the Captain for relatively smooth sailing under the conditions.

It was a very nice ship and the meals were good. The captain has responded well to the Hurricane and we felt save on every moment.

Our arrival and departure were very efficiently handled. While the food was tastefully prepared I would have liked some cold soup choices at lunch and dinner. Our cabin staff was quite accommodating and the room was carefully prepared for us on a daily basis. While smoking was allowed in the Casino the ventilation made it minimally intrusive. The art work on the walls around the ship enhanced our experience. We did not stay for the art auction since the intro was much too loud and off putting. All in all we were impressed by the totality of our experience.

The ship was very adequate. I had a balcony room and was very pleased with room and room service.

Needs to be renovated when it comes to the tvs on the rooms and perhaps the furniture

Staff fantastic, courteous, and responsive

As many people wrote in previous reviews, the ship is based around it's old tour of Hawaii, some simple changes could be made to make it more condusive to the Bahama run it currenlty does. That being said, the entire ship needs an overhall to clean the furniture and carpets, my stateroom had a broken closet door, the picture frame was broken and the end table was obviously old and abused.

Boarding was painless, the wait in line wasn't too long, Norwegian had many people to check us in. We went up to lunch, and before we finished, our rooms were ready. Our luggage arived quickly and we unpacked. The ship is not so huge so it was easier to find our way around and it wasn't such a hike for 2 older women with back problems. The shows were entertaining and pg for families. The comedian kept his adult humor for a late night show which we appreciated. Our tours were easy to find and informative. The last day at Great Stirup Cay, the weather was windy and very choppy seas, and we decided not to go ashore. They had to suspend the tender transporting guests to the island it was so rough. So we enjoyed a very lazy day, which was the purpose of the trip- relax. Disembarking went smoothly, we found our luggage- that's something they could improve on, and our ride found us. It was excellent. It was our 5th cruise and 3rd with NCL.

i have such respect for the amount of time the crew give up in their life and away from family to take care of the guest. they were great, i want to go again soon. thanks crew members and dave Compton for his wonderful piano playing in the captain cooks lounge. we loved the chiefs table and peace and quite walking the decks at night. loved the friendly staff and the towel animals left on the bed each night. wish the main events were not at 7 pm nightly we had dinner reservations at the different restraints and missed out on the main shows. but had so much fun. loved swimming with the dolphins, and the boat ride around the island, not so much the garden tour.

Beautiful ship, clean and well kept.

Cruise ship island was very nice and the bbq provided by the ship was great. Crew were very friendly.
