I've certainly been on more luxurious cruises, but for the price, this one was exactly what I was looking for - and such a great value with the NCL Sky All-Inclusive!   We definitely got more than our money's worth.  The food was good, service good (especially when the bartenders and wait staff really aren't working for a tip.  Didn't get to the private island due to weather, but the cruiseline did a great job to fill the day on board and avoid rain at sea.

Considering this was an "all-inclusive" cruise, I was a bit nervous that the atmosphere would be a bit too messy and "party boat". I was pleasantly surprised.  While the vibe was clearly young(er) and fun(er) than your typical cruise, passengers were having fun but otherwise being well behaved.  The social vibe was apparent as people were far more social than on your typical cruise.  The itinerary was excellent for such a quick cruise, with a day in the "big-little" city, and a day at the idyllic island resort of Great Stirrup Cay, which is still a bit under construction but fully functional.  The inclusiveness of the "all-inclusive" was excellent, with not only house wine and beer, but many call brands of liquor included, as well as the blended poolside drinks. We had a great time and can't wait to repeat this cruise experience.  PS also most friendly cruise staff we have ever experienced.

My wife and I had a great time, we went with another couple that invited us and we all had a blast. The food and service was great the all inclusive package was the way to go. We highly recommend the Norwegian Sky . We look forward to cruising with you again

Just vacationing,  we went to a port on Sunday and had to be chartered on a smaller boat in which on the trip back we had problems for over 2  hours and could not get back on cruise ship and people were getting sick in which later when I wanted to enjoy the last night I got a migraine and nauseous which ruined our cruise. Nobody apologized or gave us any credits or anything

rerouted to key west! Hated that we were rerouted but we love key west and the sea day was nice, Matthew did some destruction to Sturrip Cay and Freeport but they are why we booked this vaca! Staff was not nearly as nice as on our former cruises with another line, we never even saw our room steward and on the other ships they always knew our name and spoke to us in the hall. The food was good but not a lot of variety on the buffet.

5 day all-inclusive cruise for $350 balcony room was a great price for a quick trip.  Ship was very clean, great service and we had nice weather.  Would recommend.

They changed the port stops d/t the hurricane last month. We spent two days at sea and had two stops instead of three. The first stop was in Key West,  and the cruise left from Miami. if I wanted to vacation in Florida  I would not have payed for a cruise.   

This was our honeymoon cruise that we booked over 8 months ago to visit 4 port islands. When we arrived at the pier, Norwegian was passing out a new itinerary stating that due to some "improvements being made on two islands" and also blaming hurricane Matthew for one, they decided to change the itinerary to Key West and Nassau - completely eliminating two ports.  I asked both Hilton Honors as well as Norweigian for some sort of good will gesture to refund some of our money (or at least give cruise credit) because there was nothing I could do about it at that point.  Both told me no - they reserve the right to change the itinerary at any time (in fine print of course).  I paid for a very nice cruise and got only one island (Nassau) and the other was in FL!  Not a very nice substitituion.  While in Nassau I spoke to a few people who at least got two days docked in Nassau rather than sailing around at sea in circles like we did.  Needless to say, will never use Hilton Honors to book cruises NOR will I book with Norwegian who does not satisfy their guests. 

The cruise as a whole was good, food was ok but the menu could have had more variety . The bathrooms never had toilet paper stocked, no matter what time of day or night if you went to one of the public restrooms it was almost guaranteed to be out of toilet paper and paper towels. The all inclusive drinks were very weak, I'm pretty sure the alcohol was watered down. The entertainment was good but definitely could have used some more energy and participation. It was a good experience but definitely could have been better.

Overall the so-called entertainment that was seen inside the major large show room, was not entertaining at all. The one comedian who was aboard this cruise was not good, not funny at all either. The singing and dancing from the other main production performers was very  mediocre, bland, and armature looking and sounding as well. The only entertainment that I found entertaining onboard this cruise was the singing and performing of the single "one-man-band" type male performers who performed at 2 of the small bar areas.   The food at a couple of the different restaurants that I'd attended was very poor as well. Overall bland, bad tasting and seemed to just be trying too hard to make it upscale and fancy causing the flavor to just be REALLY BAD TASTING. I did have a good tasting ribeye steak at LeBistro Restaurant, and the more fast food items like chicken wings, or a burger and fries from The Longboard Sports Bar is good tasting too. Ending with, I did not have a good time at all on this particular cruise. Not enough fun filled things to do for everyone here. BORING, NO GOOD ENTERTAINMENT, and BAD FOOD.

To be honest, I was a bit skeptical about the trip at first. As a grad student, that is a huge amount of money to spend on a single trip. Thanks to the Norwegian to exceed my expectation. Everything was abundant: hospitality, fun, and of course, food . Best, Nasir.

The staff was very professional and friendly.  The general condition of the boat was in sad disrepair and not well maintained.  The size of the pool was disappointing and the deck was undergoing repair. The food was mediocre at best.  The comedian was excellent, and the various bands and singers were top notch!  

Our trip was awesome. Orginally to sail to Grand Bahama, Great Stirrup Cay, and Nassua.  We were notified about a week or two before sail that we would be dirverted to Key West, and sail to Nassua.  We were disappointed but Key West turned out to be our favorite place!!  The ship was very nice, a tiny bit outdated, but they do a great job to keep it fresh and clean.  The food was tasty!  Lots of variety for the buffet, except had back to back Mexican night followed by Latin...would have been nice for say Italian or Asian, but food was still yummy.  Afternoon BBQ by the pool was awesome!  LOVE the all-inclusive!!!  Great drinks and they are well poured, they don't skimp on the alcohol!  Definitely recommend this cruise!

The suite offered a level of luxury that helped to make our anniversary vacation even more special.  The aft facing penthouse has a balcony that offers the most stunning views!  We were constantly surprised with various treats in the cabin (chocolate covered strawberries, champagne, tarts, canapes, etc).  Both our concierge and butler  were available with a quick call and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.  Outside of the room, the ship, although smaller and older, is very clean (we cruise a lot - and this ship is a 9 out of 10 clean).  The buffets offer a wide variety and the dining room experiences are top notch.  The best part of traveling all inclusive is that you don't need a card to get a drink... no waiting, no card swiping, no signing!  Walk up, ask for a drink, and bam!  Drink in hand and walk away!  I wish other ships offered this...

Loved my cruise on the Norwegian Sky.  Kudos to the Staff.  I have been on many vacations all over the world and their staff was absolutely wonderful. They definitely did everything they could to make sure we had a great vacation. 

Should definitely consider this cruise.  A great ship, fun time, all-inclusive is great, entertainment was fun, and the price was right!  Small enough to be comfortable and large enough to not feel confined.  Lots to do for all.

The cruise itself was enjoyable. The room great, The service excellent. We had fantastic room service. The best ever, especially Randy our butler. Unfortunately, the front of the ship is anything but convenient. Almost everything was on the back of the ship. You still had to go to the middle of the ship, up two floors and then back to the front for the few things that were at the front. Being there were 3 of us but only allowed 2 drinks at a time, I did a lot of walking since mom and dad could not make the walk. Being with my 80 year old mother and stepfather with some walking difficulty, it was a challenge.  Balcony a little disappointing since you had no view unless you were standing. I would love to do another cruise with a penthouse but only on the back of the ship where things are convenient.

A friend and I booked a month or so from the departure date. Original itenirary was to stop at 3 different Bahama Islands. Due to the hurricane we only stopped in Nassau and Key West. With one complete day at sea (was a little bummed with the full day at sea).  I'm giving the cruise a 3.5 overall. 

Pros: The unlimited alcohol!!!! The drinks were a 5/5! Strong with a wide variety and the bartenders were fantastic and would make custom drinks. I also throughly enjoyed the karaoke/ dancing entertainment on the outside deck by the pool which they had every day. Also the entire vessel staff!!!! I would say 99% of the staff I talked to or came in contact with were nothing other than fantastic.  So very nice!

Cons : it's an older boat. Definitely could use some updates as far as appearance and some mechanical issues. Our mini fridge in our room didn't work, we let our assigned wait staff know and he said he would let someone know. Our bathroom light didn't work but did get fixed within 30 minutes of calling which I found to be very fast. The other big con for me was the food. I wasn't impressed with the overall options. Breakfast was the best out of the 3. We ate only the food that was included but they do have 3 or 4 other restaurants you have to pay extra for. 

The food was awful. Food was served cold and chewy. Service was terrible. Was lucky to see servers come around once to the table. You had to order everything at once, even refills for your drinks or you would never get them. Buffet food never changed. The was no variety or taste. Never even saw the stateroom steward. They did not make themselves known or accessible. Shops were small and had very limited selections. Casino staff was rude. Muster drill was very unorganized and poorly executed. Could not hear anything that was said during the drill.
