I would definitely be going on Norwegian cruises again. It was very pleasant and loved it.

Stop in Havana made the cruise worth it. Wish we had longer in port. Otherwise, cruise was fine. Definitely a good time. We enjoyed the specialty restaurants and some shipboard entertainment. Nothing flashy or extravagant about this ship. Just good old fashioned entertainment and simple fun. It'll be as fun as you make it. Ship was in decent shape. Booked ocean view room w/ connecting cabin which was nice. Our room smelled musty but they brought in a fan to clear it up. Shower drain also clogged and they fixed that immediately. This ship doesn't have a helipad which normally doesn't matter unless there is a medical evacuation while at sea (which happened). The pool deck was shut down for three hours on a sea day which can be rough if you like to lay out. We just moved inside with the entertainment to the Outriggers Bar. Rained in Great Stirrup Cay and all excursions were cancelled. We were still able to enjoy the day by playing beach volleyball and hanging out on the water until the lightning chased us off. Still under a lot of construction for upgraded activities on the island.

Beginner ship with minimal frills. I feel like it’s where they start beginner cruise directors and entertainers. It’s not horrible but it certainly doesn’t compare to most the other cruises I’ve ever been on. This is my third time on this ship and it’s all been the same.

We rated our cabin poorly bc we did not have a functioning toilet, but the cabin itself was great

food & beverage needs more Customer Service Training.

The cruise was amazing from start to finish. The food and drinks were great. The staff was very freibdly and there were lots of activities for everyone.

Worst food everrrr! I have been on 4 other cruise lines and 25 cruises and this was by far the worst food selections and presentation of all. I will not be booking with NCL again. Many issues and understanding this is an old ship, even RCCL oldest ships 3-5 days have great food and entertainment. Not even calypso sail away steel band which livens the atmosphere conducive to making the feel for a tropical getaway. I guess if I was a drinker I would have stayed drunk just to make up for the lack of other expectations. Sorry but no way to say it nicely. Cabin steward was great, maitrde waited on us the last night in an attempt to make up for inadequate meal selections only to overserve excessive amounts of prime rib. We are at sea,,, the seafood was gross. Check out the flounder. Lol looked like the fish on the carpet and I doubt was even flounder. Steak ordered r/me and served mw. Baked potato not baked. Not even a nice try. And now as I try to accurately describe my experience you keep changing my selections for ratings. I give this experience a very low 3 star review.yoursurvey keeps changing my selection to 4. Do I have to change booking companies too?

I will book with Norwegian over and over. I enjoyed the cruise. My husband and i met the coolest couple but did not get a chance to get contact info from them as we lost connection. I would luv to find them Ronald and Capri.

We had a very good time on the cruise. But when it comes time for disembarkation and you see someone standing with a walker you should move them to the front of the line because it is very hot to stand out there for a long time and it is probably not there only help health issue.

Try a longer cruise. Perhaps a week. Also, if your interested in night life or cities, I would go somewhere besides the Bahamas. It's a great place for the beach, but otherwise, it's lacking.

I went to guest services before disembarkation and was told my room was clear to disemabarked. Tan when I went to disembarked was told I was not clear and missed my excusion transfer. Than was told by Alain Duenas the shore manager that I could just pay 20.00 for a taxi because he was not going to give me a refund. I was disrespected so bad I feel like my vacation ended on a bad not and I had a bad taste for Norwegian. I think Im going back to royal caribbean they know customer service.

This was our first cruise and every thing was great. The ship was very smooth sailing and we plan to take another trip soon.

Gluten allergy, asking anyone working the buffet if items were GF would start a discussion between all the workers where half said it was gf and the other half said it was not gf. Didn’t have confidence so was reserved to Being only able to eat a few items. Had to go to the pay restaurants to eat meals that were atleast prepared by some one who could tell me for sure it was made gf. Staff energy overall was very flat. 10.00 for a 1.5 oz shot of frangellico was a total rip off. Ships comedian was not funny. There is no way to get a soft drink after midnight at the aft of the ship when eating late night.

This cruise was exactly what we expected and really enjoyed. We wanted to see a communist country along with spending a day on the beautiful Stirrup Cay. We stayed busy, had great service on the ship. Fellow travelers were friendly and stayed under control with the alcohol included package. The four days were perfect for us to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary!!

My first cruise. Was apprehensive at first but once on board it was fun all the way. One important thing was that we did not have to worry about paying for food and drinks. It allowed one to really enjoy.

Fun experience! Will definitely look for more Norwegian cruises!

Great trip may have to go again, maybe in winter months with some other friends

The cruise itself was as expected...all went fine. However, this will be the last time I ever cruise on NCL. I booked this cruise on the Norwegian SKY, out of Miami, a couple of months ago. Three weeks before departure, NCL started the same cruise on the Norwegian SUN out of Port Canaveral. I live 15 minutes from Port Canaveral and three hours from Miami. I called the SKYMILES booking agent and asked to change my cruise from the Miami ship to the Port Canaveral ship. The SKYMILES booking agent was willing to make the change and checked with NCL. She stated that NCL would not agree to a change and the agent suggested that I talk to NCL directly. I contacted NCL and asked to transfer the cruise to the Port Canaveral ship (Norwegian SUN). They were adamant that they would not change. After speaking to a supervisor with NCL, they said they would change with a $1350 cancellation fee. I again explained why I wanted to change, explained that I am a previous NCL cruiser, and stated that I would be willing to pay a "reasonable" cancellation fee. (It would save me a three hour drive each way and a week of parking fees.) I also stated that I was flexible on the category of cabin, I would take lower category or pay to upgrade to a higher category. I also stated that I was flexible on the dates of travel. They would not consider any adjustments. Having worked for Carnival Cruise Lines, I know that they had the ability to make adjustments, but simply refused to consider it. Not good customer service in the least bit. We take a couple of cruises a year and will avoid NCL in the future.

In general I was very much impressed with the way in which everything was well thought out, done soooo orderly, how you catered to the guest. Very friendly/polite staff. It was easy for us to tip them when applicable. (although our tips were paid for in our package). The dining was excellent. On board band was very nice Deck 7,, GOOD JOB

Great cruise. All inclusive was great but offered the bottom of barrel as far as drinks were concerned. Food was average and entertainment was fair.
