Excellent !!! Great service excellent attentions great food. !!

Thrilled and surprised with the level of customer service on NCL! Have sailed with many of the larger cruise ships of major cruise companies. We enjoyed the cabin and restaurant service. Food served was wonderful (opted for sit down service on every occasion) and very pleased. The mood and culture among passengers was happy and pleased with the level of fun activities. The option for free open bar drinks made for a relaxed and enjoyable experience, without constant worry of the 'sticker shock' at the end of the cruise. We will be back...

I would not recommend this ship if you have children.

The service was excellent, the drinks were great, the entertainment was fun the food was good, but the smelled not that great!

This is definitely a party ship that gets started the moment you walk on board. Everything was clean, food choices were plentiful. Buffets were acceptable. The main dining room served well prepared food (no additional cost). The only negative is a sewage smell at different points on the boat. Everything seemed very hygienic though. Hand sanitizer (washy-washy!)

Tips. If you want a peaceful day on the private island walk to the far end and rent a clam shell. Paddle boarding excursion is worth the 40 mins.....On the cruise....it suprised me people still brought kids..... DO not do that..... its not any fun to sit next to your kid while its screaming and I am trying to relax, drink and forget about mine whining all the time. Leave your kids at home people this is a party cruise.

In addition to the club you should have another quieter bar open until later. The service in the Crossings restaurant was extremely slow

Kudos to Lester in the Garden Café on Deck 11. He prepares a master Omelet and started every morning just right! I tasted my first Miami Vice and acknowledge the power of two to pack a punch of flavor. The entertainers were youthful and energetic. It was a pleasure fulfilling an item from my bucket list, going to Cuba!

Cuba was fantastic. People are very hospitable and make you feel welcome and safe. Big city was a little smoggy. Must take a tour in a car. Buena vista night club was great. Food overall was disappointing on ship but the service was great. Free drinks!

This cruise was more than we expected. The food was very good and the staff and service were excellent. The drinks were plentiful in the Mojito bar was very nice. Our cabin attendant did an excellent job and kept our ice bucket filled each day. I wish there had been a little more time between activities so that we could have done more. We plan to take this cruise again but for one night longer. When we arrived in Nassau we did not get off the ship since we had been to Nassau several times before and really did not like it. I would have rather stayed an extra day at Great Stirrup Cay. Such a beautiful beach where we had a great lunch and drinks.

The ship and service was great, but we were charged at 7:30am the last day of the cruise (they left us the invoice minutes before we were leaving for Debarkation) for (2) in-cabin water bottles that we did not drink (both water bottles are still in room). Headed to Guest Services to contest the charge immediately and waited in line at Guest Services desk for 30 minutes (we were 5th in line when entering the line, and were still 2nd in line after 30 minutes, then we finally had to leave to catch our shuttle.... service was good all cruise, but left the vacation on a sour note and ended up having to eat the bogus charge.

Amazing cruise was blow away. All staff was amazing . loved the open bar and food and entertainment

It was a nice experience. I feel there should of been more entertainment on the cruise. Especially on the day we we at sea. The food was ok, my husband and o got sick on the 3rd day I dont known if it was something we ate or the water.

Great time on what was my first cruise ever!! Did not know fully what to expect, but was pleased overall. I had no issues or complaints. All staff were wonderful!! Food on open dining could get repetitive w/options, but one can go to other areas and pay if so desired. Cabin clean and comfy.

An amazing vacation. From the staff to the ports, everything was just great. FYI the inside cabins are tiny!!! For us it was just ok, but space is tight, will not book inside again.

The service in this ship was subpar and the employees were not friendly. The food variety was limited and it didn't taste very good. They had an all white party but didn't notify us in advance of such event. We couldn't enjoy the balcony because people were smoking marijuana and the smell was penetrating our balcony. Also, the people next to us got into a fight and we couldn't sleep. After coming off another cruise with Celebrity that was amazing! We were highly disappointed with this cruise experience. This was our first time in Norwegian and it sure will be the last.

Great cruise, loved the ship, and the food. Will only cruise Norwegian from now on.
