Would not recommend this cruise line or ship to anyone.

The Enterainment was especially great. Chris Alpine and the the Broadway Show.Food, Staff Especiall the Cruise Director Matt! Matt made the trip. We would choose to go on any crusie Matt was a director on.The ship is extremely clean and the staff worked very hard to be accomidating and pleasant. Our Dive excursion and Shuttle transportation was unorganized and frustrating. I would Dive in Nasau before Freeport.

The kids club impressed us which was a suprise. The shore excursion for Blue Lagoon was amazing. The food was awful and the entertainment was extremely cheesy. The service in our room was top notch!

We enjoyed ourselves. The bed was comfortable. The ship was very clean. Smooth sailing. It was relaxing.

This was our first cruise and my fiancee and I were very happy with our room and the beautiful surroundings on the ship. from the bars and restraunts to the elevators and pool deck , the staff was very attentive and focused on service and keeping the ship look clean and inviting.

It was the most amazing vacation. The employees on board were friendly and helpful and always ready to provide a good time. The ship was not overrun by small children or the elderly. It was a very good mix of young and middle-aged adults. We had so much at Nassau just walking up and down the streets and visiting Junkanoo Beach. We were unable to participate in our shore excursions at Great Stirrup Cay due to the weather.

overall the ship was great!! If you are a cell phone user. It's about 3 dollars a minute. The internet was horrible $3.99 to activate and 79 cent a minute.

Almost non-stop food, great entertainment, art shows, big fat cigars and casino.

Overall, this was a great getaway trip. Cost was excellent for what we got out of it. The snorkling in Great Stirrup Cay was fabulous!

The cruise was great! The staff wonderful & very helpful. There should be juices available even if at an extra cost like the pop cups.Parents usually do not want to fill their children up on pop day and night. I would have paid extra for this service. We where never told about the extra 12% per day per person per cabin charge until we went to pay the night be we left. This may have been in fine writing somewhere but I know I was not the only passenger who was surprised at this. This really added up. People budget for their cruise and this should have been made clear at booking time Your free style dining is wonderful. No one wants to keep a schedule when you are on holidays. It would be nice to have a radio in the room especially the balconies ( this is what we booked) so when you are sitting relaxing you can listen to music I think it is also important to have WI_FI available in the cabins. I know you have the internet available on board but when you are doing business this should be available even at an extra cost. Overall we planning on making another booking for next year and from the people I have spoken with I know your line is very high on the scale of cruse lines Shirley

From the outside ship was ok. Decor was outdated. Needed to be cleaned more. Can't get around ship without going in and out of doors

Our 1st cruise ever and we loved it! Yes we are headed back as soon as we can.

The staff and crew of the ship were EXCELLENT, no complaints there. The food was okay, but not nearly as good as some other cruise lines. The main problem we had was that not only were the shore excursions for the Nassau day canceled because of rough water, but the entire day at Grand Stirrup Cay was canceled as well. Now, we knew that the ship did not want to risk safety, and we knew that weather conditions could not be controlled by the crew. HOWEVER, we spoke to several patrons of other lines in Nassau whose excursions went on as planned, and noted that the waves at the beach really weren't all that bad. Not only that, but the line made no attempt to divert the cruise to some other port that we could have enjoyed, nor did it reimburse, even by offering some sort discount on further cruises (which would have been an excellent marketing strategy in itself). We had actually taken a cruise on a line that had done the latter before, and ended up booking our next cruise on the spot. Anyway, it was an okay cruise otherwise, but a big disappointment in the destinations department.

Very bad. I will never sail with this company again sorry.

Great cruise experience.

This was our first cruise and we were very pleased with everything. The service was excellent, everyone was very professional, curteous and helpful. The decor in the resturants was beautiful and the food was excellent. We liked all of the choices they had for the appetizers, entrees and desserts. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We definitely want to do this again.

I took a cruise with my family on December 21 to December 25, I spent the Christmas time in this wonderful cruise. I was impressed about the service, the Food, the activities on board. The special occasion that my family was celebrating was my father 80 birthday. I remember when my father enter in the cabin he found balloons, banners and one of the crew members bring a cake to the cabin. The special night was on christmas eve. The crew members organize a cantata and I had the opportunity to join with the crew members and sing in the choir christmas carols a special moment that i never forget.. When we arrive at Bahamas we took a tour to the atlantis Hotel, I was very impressed for this beautiful place As a give of Chritmas my mother gave me a DVD memories from the Cruise Ship. I recommend highly this cruise ship and I cant wait to set sail again in this ship Thank you all the crew members, I enjoy very much. Thank you Brunilda Davila Guess of norwegan Sky.
