Great to cruise ship to go on, clean seemed well maintained

The ship is a bit older than some of the rest of the fleet, but clean and well maintained. Our balcony room was small with little storage. We kept some items in suitcases under the bed. The dining room service was excellent but bar service slow and lackadaisical. Overall, the ship seemed understaffed.

not as many amenities as the PEARL, we sailed on last time--no slide, no crepe or chocolate buffet, but very nice , clean friendly, plenty to do...

Everyone was very friendly and provided excellent service.

Over all we enjoyed the trip. The final cost was a bit of a surprise. It is advertised as one price however by the time you become aware of the many fees, the cost almost doubled the advertised price. Very mis leading.

I have gone on several cruises before and my newlywed husband had been on one before. This was both of our first on a Norweigan cruise ship. I had heard many positive things about Norweigan before, which makes us both question if the negative aspects of the cruise were because it is a short cruise and so maybe Norweigan does not try to make it as high quality as the longer cruises, but having never been on any other Norweigan ones we're really not sure... The food on all of the other cruises I have been on has always been amazing and the food on this cruise was really not good; for example, one night we both got steaks and neither of us (who are both big eaters) could not finish them because they were just not appetizing. The staff on the ship were also much less friendly, we even had a staff member write a note on top of a room service pizza box saying \"this is trash\" rather than throwing it away (they would have had easier access to a large trash can). The room was quite a bit smaller than other ships we've been on. We also did not like that people were able to smoke wherever they wanted outside on the ship as it makes it unpleasant to walk across the deck and most cruise ships confine smoking to certain areas for this reason.

This was our first-ever cruise vacation and scheduled it on my husbands birthday week. We were amazed with this gigantic ship and how most areas were tidy most of the time! We chose an interior stateroom that saved us extra money for the many activities in each port. Our room was small and simple but it was enough to help us get great nap/sleep and we were thankful that it was kept clean every time we go back mid-day or prior to sleep at night. The crew staff was very friendly especially in the dining areas. Some staff even took time to share their personal stories when not busy. We enjoyed the many great food options from buffet, restaurants, and room service!!! We loved the specialty restaurants especially Cagneys and we also enjoyed the buffalo wings at Longboard Bar after midnight!!! We had so much fun with the many onboard entertainment especially the White Hot Party on top of the ship under moon-lit night with great dance music, Dancing with the Sky Stars, and comedy shows. The entertainers including the emcee know how to make people laugh and have fun! Too bad we missed Deal or No Deal and the Talent show when we overslept coz we got tired from day trip in Atlantis Resort in Nassau!!! We had a blast!!! It has been the best vacation we have ever had!!! We never got bored! We work stressful jobs and we definitely felt more relaxed after this cruise trip and we were excited to share our family and friends our great experience as soon as we got phone/email signals. We will definitely save up for another trip with Norwegian Cruise Line and we will bring family members and friends next time!!!

The Sky is a nice ship for a short cruise if you decided to disembark each day like we did. I wouldn't want to spend the entire trip on the ship though. The complimentary dining options were very good for dinner and the buffet was great for breakfast. The crew was very friendly and gave personalized attention to all the guests.

The size was average and great for 4-5 day trip. The itinerary was also well laid out unfortunately, it was only sunny on the last 2 days but considering it's winter it was still warm enough. Basically this is the most relaxed cruise I have been on because there is no pressure to follow schedules and choices are varied you can change your mind anytime and still have options to have fun. Getting on and off the ship was a breeze.

Was small but fun. Wish there were more activities an food on the ship. It was nice for a couple, I would not recommend it for children as there was not much for them to do.

The cruise was great. The food was very good and there were alot of activities planned. I only wish the daily bulletins included more details on the activites, specific locations (deck, forward, aft) and a detailed map so you could find the locations.

Nice ship ,great service. Ruined weekend with unorganized unloading process. No information given ,first announcement 07:35 cleared customs and walk offs can start leaving 1 hour later called pink tags . Last bit of information given.Didn't get off ship till 10:45, and still plenty of people behind us on ship

My Overall cruise was great. IT is hard to cruise alone as when you are at the buffet, to get in line, get your food, and a place to sit it's hard. Plus when you want more to eat, you lost your seat. Otherwise, it was a nice cruise, with decent food.
