Staff was efficient and courteous\, but not friendly. People at \"help desk\" were not helpful - did not know answers to questions we asked\, didn't seem to care if they knew.

Pros: The cabin was clean. The employees offered hand sanitizer to passengers as they entered dining areas.
Cons: Hidden costs to do anything fun on board.
