This was our family's first cruise and an introduction to the cruise experience. In retrospect, this was too small of a boat (activity wise) and too short of a trip to truly make for a memorable or repeatable family vacation. I would point families with minor children toward some of the larger lines (Royal Carib or Disney) if they are looking to keep the kids active (and off their phones) during the onboard time.

Very pleased with everything. The ship was beautiful, staff friendly, good food. Spa treatment was wonderful. The weather was raining the morning we arrived at Stirrup Cay. Instead of staying in the rain, we sailed for Nassau instead. This was nice as we were able to move out of the rain and enjoy the outdoors.

Having sailed 21 times on Carnival and only once on Norwegian has made me a believer in Norwegian. Hands down a winner over CCL. From top to bottom NCL is my sailing choice.

In summary, I would say this cruise is a great value. They need to serve better beer (more selection on draft for certain. No IPA's:(

I’m really love it Exceeded Expectations I’m going back again

This was our fourth cruise (first time on Norwegian) and without a doubt our favorite to date. We were extremely impressed with the protocols in place to insure a healthy environment. Staff were constantly offering to spray hand sanitizer going in and out of dining areas and a Public Health questionnaire was required before boarding.

Staff needs to be more polite and helpful. Service at restaurants needs improvement. Tried charging me twice for daily fee.

Glad we got to see Cuba before it gets closed again and we would never get to see it, but not thrilled with ship experience.

We liked the destinations and the cleanliness of the ship. However, the rest of the ship experience was mediocre -- food, activities, entertainment. I've had better on every other cruise I've been on.

Ship was nice, wait staff mostly friendly and helpful, with a few exceptions. Wouldn't go back to Cuba.

Only fun we had was when we were off the ship. Cuba was great and was able to do our own tour of the city. Bahamas was great for a beach day

I HAVE SAILED NORWEIGAN MANY TIMES AND HAVE ENJOYED IT. THIS WAS THE WORST EPERIENCE OF ANY CRUISE I HAVE TAKEN.

Ship has been updated and is clean. It is a small ship without the "fun" stuff on other ships but the teen area was well appointed. The buffet food was good but the dining room selection and desserts was hit or miss. Go to one of the bars and look at what is included in the Free Open Bar and know that you can order drinks in the dining room. I enjoyed a glass of Prosecco before dinner each night.

We loved this sort cruise and would recommend it. It was great and if you don't want to be on a longer cruise, it's perfect. Given that every day is full of activities, meals and open bar, 3-4 days is more than enough of this type of vacation. Too much of a good thing is not always a good thing!

I didn’t know It was college spring break it was awful There were a thousand 21 year old drunken loud obnoxious kids on board It was obvious that staff didn’t want them there either

Overall this cruise was excellent and well worth the money.

This was a smaller ship than we were used to. Over all was an okay experience, but would prefer to go on bigger ship. Although this was an alcohol inclusive cruise, I didn't see any crowds at any bar. We have enjoyed our vacation as usual.

The amenities on the ship were very good. The freestyle was very nice, although at times there was waiting for service in the dining room. We would have preferred more in-depth learning opportunities through the ship about the ports. Overall however, we would use Norwegian again.

Cuba is awesome- see it now before it becomes commercialized. Only allowing 2 boats in port now but will soon allow 4. You can change us money into Cuban money at the port/ bring cash. No cards in Cuba. Go go go!!!!

We had a great time and already thinking about our next cruise. Thank you for such a wonderful time!
