Review summary

Only fun we had was when we were off the ship. Cuba was great and was able to do our own tour of the city. Bahamas was great for a beach day

We had a large group and no matter how much in advance we called for reservations we were always out at 2 separate tables. Half our party would either not get their appetizers or entrees. It took an hour to get Apple juice for 2 kids. On the last night half the appetizers arrived after entrees. Some of the entrees never arrived. Only have the table got water. My friend had to get up and go fill her own glass of water. It was so bad that another table started timing how long it took the server to come back to the table. Will not be crushing on NCL ever again.

We had one night of great service when we went to the dining room on the other end of the ship. Server made sure kids had everything first and even brought gluten free bread for on of my friends.
