booked as a quick last minute weekend retreat , booked a inside cabin i recommend on splitting the beds for more room , most smoking sections on a ship in a long time . decent casino for a smaller ship , great onboard staff and plenty of bars . highly recommended quick easy vacation.

Great trip. Enjoyed the ship. I enjoyed many of the onboard activities. The food left something to be desired. The all inclusive bar was great. I would recommend the cruise.

Loved every moment of our cruise! We took our two adult children with us. We all enjoyed the free drinks! This was our first cruise, it made us book a second Cruise, so the experience was awesome. Otherwise we would never have done it again! My daughter was with us, and had been on Carnival before, she said this was way better!

Great ship, we had so much fun. Great entertainment, great food and an open bar. Just a blast! Best vacation I have had. Ben to the mountains, been to the beach, tried all inclusive in Cancun. All great but now all I want to do is go on another Norwegian cruise.

My husband and I just finished a four day cruise to the Bahamas on the Norwegian Sky after recovering a "free cruise" offer from Wyndham. While we did enjoy ourselves, be advised that an independent travel agency books blocks of rooms from the second week of March through the first of April (Google "College Party Cruise") and advertises this cruise to college students as all-inclusive for a cheap, group rate. While we did expect a fair amount of college students (especially considering this is an all inclusive cruise), we weren't expecting that 85% of the passengers would be college students. Luckily, we found a majority of the college students stayed around the main pool so we had the "kiddie pool" to ourselves (there weren't many children which was a good thing, I would not want my three and five year old to be on this cruise). The CPC passengers were given blue wristbands which gave them extra "privileges", but really it allowed us non-CPC passengers (or "old people") to jump lines at the bar (huge bonus!). The staff did a great job at monitoring the front (family) deck and turned away the wristband wearing students so we were separated from the party crowd. Overall, the ship was in good shape considering its age, but the overall service was a bit lacking, though this was likely due to their frustration with the rowdy crowds. During our cruise, 24 passengers were escorted off at the ports due to unruliness just to give you an idea of what to expect during the CPC weeks! The food was mediocre compared to other cruises I have been on, but the steak was consistently the best menu selection at the the main dining rooms. The meat at the buffet was often dry and uninspiring. Also, they tended to be slow to replenish the items on the buffet when they became low. Ultimately, it would be difficult to judge our experience as a gauge for typical cruises on the Sky as we unfortunately selected the absolute wrong week to go. Morale of the story-think long and hard before you book a cruise in March!

The good thing about Norwegian Sky was that you can always enjoy it even when the weather is not great.

Staff were friendly.

Food variety was excellent.

The main restaurant dinner quality was superb.

Wine variety was good.

Just got off the Norwegian Sky. This was our second time on the ship (first was in August 2016). The ship has been refurbished with new furniture and carpets and things. I have NOTHING bad to say at all. Everyone on the ship was accommodating, friendly and helpful. We did the 3 specialty restaurants. Italian was ok, cagneys was awesome as always but service seemed a little unorganized. But since we were in no rush it didn't matter. Were supposed to do French the last night but unfortunately the design of the restaurant could not accommodate a table for 6 comfortably for our group. They had no problem calling Cagneys for us and getting us a table there again for a second night! Spent a lot of time at the piano bar and the club and closed them down 2 nights and had a blast. Pool was nice, cold and crowded as to be expected. First day was an issue with us not being able to have drinks anywhere near or in the pool. That was changed quickly however. Allan at the pool bar is by far the best. Didn't get off the ship in Freeport and Nassau as we have been there many times. Great stirrup cay was nice with plenty of chairs to use and the water was refreshing. If you can't have a good time on this or any cruise, then maybe you shouldn't cruise. A thank you and a smile to the people who work there such long hours goes a long way! Happy cruising!

If you wantvto have stress free fun ship to drink on this boats for you

This was the first cruise for the Hubby and me. We are both larger/plus size people. We had absolutely no problem fitting in the shower, or any place else on the cruise. Our Steward, Jeffrey, went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. We did the three meal package. All of the restaurants were awesome. Cagney's was my favorite. Every member of the staff always welcomed us with a smile. We had such a great experience that we are talking about booking again for 2018.

This was the second time on this ship for a 4 day cruise.  We loved it.  The food was good, the shows were excellent and the crew was even nicer this time than the last. A couple of minor complaints were that neither of the closet doors would close all the way due to broken hinges and the bathroom door had to be slammed to close.  Also, the hairdryer proved didn't work and there was only one outlet in the room.  The other didn't have the US adapter insert in it.  We had to use the bathroom outlet to charge one of our phones, and the outlet only works when the bathroom light is on.  Despite those annoyances, we would recommend this trip to anyone and would do it again ourselves.

Had an absolute blast on this cruise. Food was good, entertainment was good, and the two stops in the Bahamas was also good. We rented a cabana for 8 at Great Stirrup Cay which was a bargain, just make sure to bring a Bluetooth speaker for music.

my wife and I had an amazing time on this cruise! we booked excursions in Nassau and Freeport, both of which were excellent. Great Stirrup Cat was beautiful, though I wasn't feeling great so I didn't get to fully enjoy it.

Waiting to board our flight home at Miami airport after 4 fun filled days on The Sky. We had a balcony cabin and were pampered to the hilt. Specialty dining 3 nights and the food was superb. We had excursions at all ports. Everything went smoothly and was very enjoyable. Highly recommend this 4 day cruise to the Bahamas.

Our cruise to the Bahamas, on the Sky, was wonderful. We ate at La Bistro twice and the II Adigio once. The food was prepared to perfection. The rest of the time we ate the buffet and it was good with a huge variety of food to choose from. Our cabin steward couldn't have been more attentive and when we returned from our excursions and dinner, we always had fresh towels and our bed freshly made. We had a balcony cabin and the only negative would be the smaller size compared to our cabin when we cruised on Princess. I booked our excursions through Norwegian (Jeep Safari Tour and Parasailing). Both were enjoyable and the guides were friendly and knowledgable. Everyone working at the bars, restaurants, and buffets were so friendly and eager to make sure we had enough to eat and drink. I only used the internet to check in on our flight, and print boarding passes, but it was very slow. It was very easy to embark and disembark the ship and I just had to remember to bring my picture ID along with my Norwegian ID. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we are planning another cruise on Norwegian in October of this year.

This is your typical booze cruise. There were a lot of fun/obnoxious people (depending on how you look at it) getting drunk and having a good time. If you want a more tranquil and classy experience, try another ship. Personally, I prefer quieter areas where I can enjoy the view and maybe a small hottub. This ship has less of that. The hottub is huge to fit many drunk partiers! That being said, I wasn't too bothered by it. The ship stopped at a new Port every day and we spent very little time on the boat while it was docked. The food was very mediocre and sometimes bland. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the ship and the service was good. At the end of the day I am happy with my experience. It may not have been the nicest ship I've been on, but for the price I can't complain.

I was lied to by the NCL authorized agent about the price of my cruise and they refused to make it right. Once they have your credit card they will take what they want and not honor their deal. The agent was a liar. The NCL guest relations person (Avis Brown) failed to properly investigate or make it correctly and communicated slowly and in form letters only. I will never cruise with Norwegian again.

First highlight was traveling with our group of six adults aboard a ship that was full of energy! Second highlight for us only was purchasing the ultimate 4 night dining package as the service and quality of the food was outstanding! 3 nights at Cagney's Steakhouse and one night at LeBistro French restaurant made for a perfect opportunity for just me and my wife for some alone time. needless to say also was Unlimited Drink option that was included with our balcony stateroom! We are already planning a "Family & Friends" group booking sometime in April 2018.

did the 3 day on the sky with my daughter. it was a great mother daughter getaway. the sky although older is very easy to navigate. this was my first experience in an inside cabin. and it was great. was a little leary about where the cabin was, 5th floor right behind the elevator. tuned out to be so very convenient. food was great as always. with such a short trip we seemed to be constantly going, and being an all-inclusive there were many guests who over indulged. was happy to see that it was taken care of by security quickly. I enjoyed this little trip so much, that I actually booked the 4 day in November as a little add on to our already booked 7 day western carribean.

Enjoyed our time on the Sky , food was good, entertainment was good,  drinks flowed well , ship was in great shape , Not a five because certain crew members were rude and had nothing to do with language barrier,  ports were nice ,
