Review summary

I was lied to by the NCL authorized agent about the price of my cruise and they refused to make it right. Once they have your credit card they will take what they want and not honor their deal. The agent was a liar. The NCL guest relations person (Avis Brown) failed to properly investigate or make it correctly and communicated slowly and in form letters only. I will never cruise with Norwegian again.

Aubreyvilla I agree what you just posted but disagree with people who thinks you have to be a cruiser with lots of cruises under there belt before you can give a opinion, yes this person could be way off , but this site is someone's opinion that's all , and I'm on this site only listed my upcoming cruise not my past 5 cruises !!

nyrpack, you list your cruises in order to join the roll calls and read posts relevant to your trips. If the person who posted this booked his/her cruise through an authorised agent they were obviously told the correct price or they didn't listen properly.

So you have to have a bunch of cruises under your belt before you can be taken seriously, I've been on 5 cruises and going on my 6th this summer , just didn't care to list previous cruises !! Just saying
