Wonderful time finally returning to NCL especially on half full ship. You could not wish to meet a more dedicated and friendly staff, a credit to NCL. Will definitely be sailing with NCL again

Smoothest embarkation ever. No queue at check in or security. Boarded in quite small groups but ship still only at half capacity.

Could not fault Bistro and Cagney’s. Struggled to do 3 courses, large portions, many people had their desserts to go. Palace MDR excellent food and service.
Top notch made to order omelettes on breakfast buffet. Would have liked a change in breakfast items, missed a hash brown or two. Carving station meat always delicious. Great Outdoors cafe great for light and late night snacks. La Cucina open lunchtime for fresh pizza😋. Disappointed with Local Bar & Grill menu.
Onboard Activities

Plenty of activities throughout the day. Enjoyed plenty of quizzes while on board, even won a few. Great fun wih plenty of banter between staff and guests.
Entertainment

Magician wasn’t amazing and having no video screens didn’t help if you were at rear of theatre. Shows weren’t to our taste. Game shows in Bliss were more our thing. Another Newly/Not so Newly Wed did not disappoint. NCL staff always get the best sense of humour out of their guests that participate. Some great bands and solo acts on board.
Service and Staff

Excellent and friendly service from everyone we encountered on board, could not have asked for better. Especially noticed how staff in the buffet helped out the older passengers if they needed, very nice to see.
Ship Quality

Ships layout easy to navigate. Having had a refit of certain restaurants and bars in 2019 Sky is definitely not showing her age. Bars and lounges were kept immaculate.
Cabin / Stateroom

This was our first balcony cabin, purely by accident as this was a rebooked cruise from COVID lockdowns. Wouldn’t normally choose a balcony as we spend very little time in our cabin. Only time we spent out on balcony was day of a late sail into port. That was nice but wouldn’t pay extra for balcony, rather be up on deck either relaxing or socialising . Always found our NCL cabins inside or ocean view a bit smaller than other lines, this one was no exception. Walk room around bed a little tight and drawer space was minimal, safe small and had dreaded shower curtain. On the positive the room was immaculately clean, hanging closet space fine, very comfy bed in a quiet location.
Docked at Havensight Mall. Shopping around port pretty good. SkyRide from here was walkable so don’t bother with ship excursion! We choose a taxi to Emerald Beach which was $6 per person each way. Beautifully calm crescent bay with great swimming. Loungers, bar, restaurant and toilets at resort right on beach. Water sports further up beach. Very quiet and relaxing with the exception of the odd plane taking off as it’s just across from airport. Enjoyed much more than the rips off at Megan’s Bay.
We were given the choice of disembarkation time with either assistance or not. We were allowed cabin till 9am. We chose 9.15 and even though disembarkation started late we left on time. Face recognition soft wear now in place helped speed the process and no need to go through lengthy lines at customs and immigration, happy days😁.
