Review summary

My cruise departed Monday March 9th. On March 10th I could have rescheduled and I would not of lost almost 1k$. COVID 19 was my reason to cancel.

Boat pulled out on the 9th of March. Full reimbursement started on March 10th. I was penalized lots of money because I refused to travel from Pa to FL even though Pres Trump said not to take cruises because of COVID 19

Ouch indeed! So sorry, have you tried calling them again? I would ask to speak with a manager, it can't hurt to try again.
