All the food I ate tasted great. I really enjoyed the Great Outdoor Café on Deck 11. A little slow sometimes in Crossings (one of the main dining rooms).
Onboard Activities

The pools were nice. I liked using the Walking/Jogging Track on Deck 6. It goes around the whole ship. Great for morning walks and a quiet place at other times (there are some deck chairs there).

The Cruise Director Jasper and his staff all do a great job. The singers are very talented.

My Cabin Steward Wilson did a fantastic job. Every (and I mean every) NCL employee I encountered on the ship was friendly and efficient.
Ship Quality

The only part of the layout that I did not like was having to walk through the smoky Casino to get from one place to another. Also the smoke from the Casino spilled out to other areas. I have an allergy to tobacco smoke so I probably notice this more than the average person.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was comfortable and kept very clean. Liked having the window to see outside. This cabin is on Deck 6a (Oslo deck) and doesn't have elevator access. This was fine for me and my small amount of luggage. It could be an issue for others to descend/ascend the 13 steps to get to and from the cabin. However this location was very quiet and at the front of the ship.
The only drawback here is the wait to take the tenders to and from the island. I waited an hour and 10 minutes to take the tender over and 45 minutes to take it back to the ship. I heard NCL may build a pier at the island so the ships can dock there. That should help tremendously. On the island the beaches were nice. I went snorkeling (on my own, not an excursion) and saw some fish. The lunch buffet on the island was good.
Did my own thing in Nassau. Went to an isolated pretty beach (via public bus). A storm arrived and brought a lot of rain and wind. Made my way back to town and the ship. A let down but none of us control the weather.
