We went on this cruise for Cuba, and we loved Cuba, but overall was very disappointed with the cruise.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
2 out of 5
the food in the main dining rooms and buffets were just ok. There wasn’t a ton of options and there wasn’t anything that was just outstanding.
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
The kids club was disappointing. Our child hates it and decided to be with us. Bingo was fun, but expensive. We opted to stay away from the drunks and the pool.
Entertainment
2 out of 5
The shows were not showstoppers. The comedian wasn’t funny. The live bands were ok and probably the best thing on the ship.
Children's Programs
1 out of 5
My child did not like the kids club activities and the activities that were planned seemed young for her age. She is 12 going on 16 and did not enjoy the activities.
Service and Staff
2 out of 5
The room stewards were mediocre. The rooms were barely cleaned and air down service didn’t happen each night. We walked on the cruise into our room and the activities page that was there for us was from a previous cruise. We could never find the room steward to ask him questions. The waiters were nice in the restaurants. The bartenders were not overly friendly, but good at their jobs. The cleaning staff were rude and very bothered by most of the guests.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
The common areas of the ship were very clean. The bathrooms tended to be a little more neglected, but overall pretty clean.
Cabin / Stateroom
2 out of 5
The room was small, which we expected, however, the room said it would sleep 3 people, it did, but wasn’t comfortable. There was a small loveseat that folded out into a bed, but it was not long enough for a 12 year old child to sleep in without sleeping in the fetal position. We didn’t get nightly turndown service and we were short on towels.
The island was underdeveloped for a cruise line island. There were plenty of chairs, bars and 3 places to eat, however, there were not any slides or even a kids area. The tables where you ate lunch had an intermittent smell of sewage that would blow through when the wind picked up.
