Norwegian Sky

3 Night Bahamas (Miami Roundtrip)

Sail date: February 09, 2018

Ship: Norwegian Sky

Cabin number: GTY

Traveled as: Couple

Review summary

- The ship looks way better from the outside than from the inside - "Service Charges" were not clearly stated during the booking process that would be charged at the checkout... I bet the servers dont see all that $40 per cabin per day... - I also cant find where to download my final invoice with extra charges that I dont know why... - To finalize, if "American Cruises" wants to leverage the airline customer base, they should find ways to value their frequent fliers.... its very frustrating be an Exec. Platinum at Miami airport and be treated like a "Spirit" passenger at the Miami cruise terminal

Gratuity charges are all in your contract when you book your cruise. Pays to read what you're signing up for, can't blame anyone but yourself with that...sorry!

By "Service Charges" do you mean the gratuities that are automatically charged to your account? That's been going on for ten years or so. I thought everyone knew that by now. Also I'm sure we are all a VIP in some walk of life, hard for cruise lines to accommodate everyone's niche.

Airlines don't provide special treatment to frequent cruisers, so why should it be the other way around?
