Review summary

The cruise experience was very good. The staff was friendly, the activities were fun, the ship was very clean including our stateroom. The cigar and rum excursion we choose in Havana was amazing and the guide was knowledgeable. The only thing that prevented me from giving five stars was that the excursion bus left us as we were buying art at one of the stops. The locals ran down the bus before it got too far and allowed us to get back on. This was frustrating for me because there should be a system in place, head count, to prevent this.
