Review summary

Already sent complaint to Norwegian, we call multiple times to check and make sure the itinerary didn't change, they told me it didn't. Once I got on the boat there was a change of ports and the change was to key west and the last place I want to go on vacation is where I live

We were right below the pool so it got loud!

I'm sure the change was due to the hurricane. The Bahamas was impacted so I can't imagine you would have wanted to go.

It also takes a lot of time to change itineraries as they have to find a port with space so it's possible they didn't have the new itinerary until that point. If you were going to the Bahamas you had to know they got hit.

Poor thing....how big of a complaint would have you sent if you went to a place where a hurricane was and or stuck out in the ocean riding the waves
