Review summary
Prima is a beautiful ship and a pretty radical departure from typical. The pool deck areas in the 8th deck are great little havens, and as a result the upper-deck pool is smaller than typical. The Food Hall is a great addition. Good food options in a nicer setting than the buffet. The Haven is way to big. Completely loses the exclusivity and we could not get to know the dining room staff. Food was great, but from an experience perspective it was too big and too busy. The fabrics on the Haven pool deck and other rear areas outside are filthy from stack soot.Embarkation
