Our experience with Norwegian was not the best. We will most likely avoid them in the future. Crowded spaces, sometimes cold food and poor service, lack of shows able to perform, and dirty outdoor spaces override the lovely staterooms.

Specialty restaurants were the best in food and service. It was very confusing and difficult to get reservations even with the package.
Onboard Activities

Racetrack and fitness center were best activities. Pools were too small for number of people. Hot tubs were cold several days.
Entertainment

Noiseboys was fantastic. Summer shows were cancelled twice because of technical difficulties so we couldn’t see it. Other venues were too small for number of cruisers.

Specialty restaurants wait staff was attentive. Other staff seemed overwhelmed with their situations.
Ship Quality

Ship’s intimacy design was just lots of crowded spaces. At sea days were so crowded people couldn’t find chairs to sit. There was black ash all over much of the cushions, canopies and even floor. Very distasteful.
Only positive was stateroom and balcony. They were both spacious.
Cabin / Stateroom

Size was great especially bathroom.
Steward did a good job however our shower kept filling up with water. After 4 days my husband pulled massive amounts of hair out of the drain to fix it.
Ship tip
If you like to walk on the ship decks avoid this ship. The only walking deck goes around areas and you have to walk around people looking for restaurants, chairs, etc. 3500 people on a ship of this design is way too many.
