We found the following info on Norwegian: The Prima and Viva will have Monte Carlo-inspired casinos located on Deck 8, right off the Penrose Atrium with a closed-off smoking section. My wife is wondering the same thing. We probably won't know until we get on board since we are on one of the first cruises.But, knowing NCL, probably in the casino and at one of the bars up on deck.

jomato16 there are deck plans on NCL site, the ship is built and last week they had a private viewing of the ship and there are pictures of her out there along with a few yt videos now.

just watched a utube video of interviews of passengers on thr Viva. smoking only allowed on a small area on deck 18, no chairs, no tables, no service. also a small section in the casino if you gamble and cigar bar for cigars only!not looking for a discussion on smoking just stating the facts as of now, I will verify on Oct 10th cruise if true cancel my March cruise along with all my traveing friends

after watching the webinar the 2 places smoking cigarettes is allowed is the casino smoking section and the port side of deck 18 with no tables, chairs or bar service. I will be on the Prima October 10th -15th and report here
