As soon as you get on the ship, stop by a kiosk on any wall and book shows. I'm not sure about app, never used it. BTW, if something is full, including race cars, go anyway and see if you can get in. people book so many events and either forget or don't show up.

21 days but they fill up quickly because NCL only releases a small percentage for pre booking. You can also try booking directly with NCL customer service within the 21 days.

You can book most everything 21 days out. And depending on Latitudes level can be up to 125 days out for restaurant reservations. Book early!!!!

a tip I was given is that when you are in line waiting on embarkation, try signing in and booking. lots of times the ship thinks you're on board and let's you sign up

My cruise consultant told me that we can book dining and some shows at 120 days out on the app. I heard the same tip about booking at the terminal while waiting to embark, but haven't tried it myself yet.
