There is a traditional buffet, albeit smaller than the larger NCL ships. Breakfast items available in multiple locations, from what I’ve seen and read.

yes, you can get self serve breakfast in the indulge food hall.

Therecis a traditional buffet (it's only on one side of the buffet area unlike the other ships where the buffet is on both sides) you can eat complimentary at Hudson’s and The Commodore Room... Indulge Food Hall for breakfast is limited and the meals are pre-cooked already (so you can pick up an egg and cheese sandwich)
