I just sailed Prima in July and have done 7 other NCL cruises. We were not permitted to make reservations for main dining rooms prior to boarding, which is consistent with the 2 cruises I took on NCL Encore last year as well. You were able to make main dining reservations after you boarded, but they were unnecessary. The longest my group of 7 waited to be seated was 20 minutes, and that was right after a show let out in the main theater where they were mobbed with people. The rest of the time the waits were less than 10 minutes.

Yes you can. We were on the Prima in January and we always had reservations at Hudsons. The app should let you make them at 120 days out. if you have a large group, I would wait until you get on board since the app is limited on times for groups over 4

No. Only speciality restaurants offer reservations - main dining does not.
